Ascendas is a real estate company and using MS CRM 2015 On prem.

This project includes customizing CRM as per their business needs. This required multiple custom things to be included in the OOB CRM and also to integrate with other systems, like multiple web portals (developed using C#), Tririga system (using SOAP and Rest).

Development Responsibilities:

Gather requirements from Client, prepare high level documents and estimate timelines for completion.

Develop and deploy customization as per the business logic provided. Unit, regression testing and arrange demo for client and end users.

Dynamics CRM is a server-client application, which is primarily an IIS-based web application which also supports extensive web services interfaces.

This ultimately results in improving health standards; minimize no. of insurance claims, which is cost saving for both member and company.
