San Angelo Gun Club Newsletter

May 2017

Members, the Club Officers invite and encourage you to get involved with your Club. One can visually

see the changes taking place and there are more to come! Recent changes have not only been to the

actual range, but the website, orientation, and newsletter. A Club with involved members will only

improve and benefit all of us. Out of over 1,200 members, fewer than 30 attend monthly meetings. We

wish to work for you and with you to make our Club more successful than ever.

New High Road - Work quickly continues. Over 62 dump trucks of caliche have been added!

Firearms instructors- Discussion continues regarding streamlining requirements for instructors using

the Club for profit. Please see April Meeting Minutes for more detail. Come to the next meeting if you

would like to join into the discussion, gain info, and provide input.

Range Clean-Up Day – Over 70 people volunteered their time to assist in cleaning, mowing, and weed-

eating the club. Thanks to all that organized and worked to improve our Club.
