X. Rationale of the ProjectBrgy. Pansol, Padre Garcia, Batangas’ river was once used as a source for potable

drinking water. However, due to certain changes such as the inhabitation of the community’s residents and improper waste disposal, the said river is now polluted and requires immediate action if wanted to be preserved.

XII. Description of the Project, Strategies and Methods/Plan of Action

Brgy. Pansol, Padre Garcia, Batangas’ river was once used as a source for potable drinking water. However, due to certain changes such as the inhabitation of the community’s residents and improper waste disposal, the said river is now polluted and requires immediate action if wanted to be preserved.

The project will be done using the following methods:

a. We will initiate a group discussion with the key informants of the community such as public officials and the localities. We are going to talk about what would we are going to do to make the project possible.
