SPECIFICATIONSSupply of suspension system plasterboards ceiling made up of primary load-bearing structure with “C” section mm 49x27 galvanized profiled th. 6/10 anchored to the existing ceiling by metal ties and appropriate bolts; secondary structure placed perpendicular to center distance mm. 500 with orthogonal interlocking special hooks; “U” profile section to be installed on the outside parts of the ceiling with nails or appropriate bolts. Structure covered with a water-resistant gypsum board th. 12.5 mm. screwed to the frame with galvanized steel phosphated screws. Finishing joints of the screws and corners with plastering and smoothing ready for finishing.(Painting, decorative stucco, sponged, etc. ..)

A beautiful chandelier welcomes guests to the Hotel Apartment Al Jumaria.Around it from a ring profiled steel, like a precious flower petals, start ceilings that lead the visitor to the reception and bar.The gypsum boards are embellished with tiny lights that refer to a starry sky as to chandelier material.The new design project, replacing the previous plasterboard and taking advantage of the same height, comes out of the full height glass reception to insert in the nearby gym, creating a continuum homogeneous between inside and outside, the main building, the ramp that leads to the garages and the near volume with solution of continuity.
