creation and dust suppression

Concentrate on areas where playa is emissive through 2021
Close to agricultural return flow water supply Maximize synergy and compatibility with existing or planned
infrastructure
Maximize air quality and habitat benefits for dollars spent Minimize land use conflicts: compatible with renewable
energy/agriculture Utilize existing environmental compliance documentation,
authorizations and approvals
