January 27, 2017 Dear Saint Paul School Families, Catholic Schools Week has come and gone but we will not forget what a special community Saint Paul School is. We are blessed to have a supportive pastor, Fr. Nestor, and School Board. We thank our community of faculty, staff, parents and students for an eventful week of celebration: Open House and Liturgy, First Penance for Grade 2, Geography Bee, Virtue Awards, Parent Coffee, Lunches for Love, Rob Surette Liturgy with Bishop Dooher and the grand finale Talent Show! We have two-weeks left of NWEA testing and make-ups. Next week is Language in Grade 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and Science in Grade 2, 6, and 7. Teachers received professional development with Associate Superintendent for Academic and Digital Learning, Dr. Amy Ryan last Wednesday to better understand the test and how to it's data in the classroom. Next Friday, February 10 there is no school for our Preschool, Prekindergarten and Kindergarten students. Teachers will be screening over 55 prospective students for a maximum of 38 seats. If your re-enrollment is not sent in by Monday we will not be able to hold your child's seat at Saint Paul School. Sincerely, Ms. Lisa M.
