Standards
(Childrens Nightwear and Limited Daywear Having Reduced Fire
Hazard) Regulations 2005
Label Specification
The wording shall be clearly
legible in upper case, monoline,
geometric lineale typeface of
medium width characters not
less than 2.5 mm high.
The word 'caution' shall be in
bold, upper case, typeface.
The wording on labels for
Category 2 and 3 garments
shall be black on an orange
label.
The words may appear on more
than one line.
The orange label colour shall be
marigold, as specified in AS
2700 or light orange as
specified in NZS 7702.
