Do not accept others as friends if you do not know them.

Do not leave comments on others pages that list specific and personal information about you.

If you ever decide to meet someone from a social network, do not go alone.

Because social networking sites such as Myspace.com are designed for the sharing of personal information and the creation of new friends and acquaintances, it makes a ripe target for sexual predators and other criminals looking for victims.
