Dear Sacred Hearts!
As we complete the first part of the academic year 2018-19, I gratefully ac-
knowledge the efforts of all the salesians, faculty, staff and
students of the college for all their contributions. When I
introspect on this event filled semester, I value the efforts
of IQAC in particular and the Departments in general for
their immense exertions towards the preparation of the
Self Study Report of the College for the 4th Cycle of NAAC
Accreditation.
Every edition of “Sacred Heart Times” exhibits the progress
of the college in various spheres of academics, co-
curricular, research and consultancy pursuits. This news-
letter announces such initiatives and recognizes the staff and students to the
public. I congratulate the Department of Physics for binding the Silver Jubilee
Batch of Alumni (1989-92) together in our campus. These occasions ascertain
the loyalty and intimacy of our beloved alumni who disseminate the motto of
the college “ready for every good work” throughout the world. I admire all the
efforts of staff and students and urge them to march towards the destiny of the
institution.
We as an academic institution have the responsibility to build the future nation.
In the present scenario the country is being corroded with corruption which is
omnipresent. Hence, I appeal to the young aspiring graduates who are the
only hope for the future nation, to fight and eradicate corruption from our
country. Let us pledge and act together to envisage a corruption free India.
May God Bless You All.
Rev. Dr.D.Maria Antony Raj SDB,
Principal.
