Motors (1970-85), Hindustan Motors (1985-1995), Escorts Ltd (1995- 2005) at very key and strategic positions.

He had also been on Advisory role with Piaggio Ltd (2005-2006), Same Deutz-Fahr India Ltd-2006-2007, Escorts

Corporate Governance and Marketing of the Super Speciality Hospital based in Delhi as DHLI specialises in

Heart n Lung surgeries.

Mr HMP Singh is Managing Partner of HMP Associates since 1984, an Electrical Contracting

Mr. Omar Mtalika, Head Business Operations of “Saarthi Business Tanzania Associates” based in Dar es

Salaam Tanzania is highly qualified having Advance Diploma in Banking, Post Graduate in Financial

Management, Bachelor Degree in Accountancy.

His experience comes from working with NBC Bank Ltd for 18 yrs in various senior positions and then shifted to

Oil and Gas Industry. Worked with French company Establishment "Maurel et Prom" as Chief Accountant up to

2015.

With Saarthi he is responsible for Business Operations and promoting solutions for the farmers in Tanzania for

Agriculture Machinery and equipment to boost Agriculture growth and development. He is also responsible for

exports and imports of various products including warehouse Management Consultancy, Trainings, Water

Solutions, Market Research, Grain Trading, Garments, etc.

Mr Godwin Mubi, Head Agriculture Mechanisation & Machinery Specialist at Saarthi is Post Graduate Diploma

in Agricultural Engineering at Cranfield University in the United Kingdom from October 1994 to July 1995 (Agricultural Mechanization and Machinery Engineering as an option); Diploma in Agro-mechanization at Ministry of Agriculture Training Institute at Mlingano, Tanga from July1988 –June 1990 His specialisation is Agricultural Machinery Management (agricultural machinery, vehicles and plant) Lay out, Assembly, installation of Rice Milling Production Line, Combine Oil Mills, Seed Processing Equipments (Integrated Mobile Seed Processing Unit, Seed Grader and Seed Treaters with bucket elevator). At present he is also PRINCIPAL AGRICULTURE MECHANIZATION OFFICER at Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries, responsible to initiate formulation, implementation and review of policy, strategies and programmes on agricultural mechanization; Set and monitor standards and guidelines for agricultural machinery and has under Tanzania Modern Farm Project (TMFP), spearheaded mechanization of agricultural production and use of post harvest processing equipment and facilities.

Ms Mansi Chhabra is Head Exports Operations at Saarthi. She is PGDBA (Finance), PGDSCM (Post graduate

in supply chain management) from Symbiosis, Pune; PGDCST (Computers), Diploma in Export Management

from Export promotion council. She is having more than 14 years of experience pertaining to Strategic Sourcing,

Exports, Import Logistics, Buyers account / Export orders management, Buyers / Plants Coordination, Packaging

of Export Products, Forex Banking & Documentation etc.
