BUSINESS Property ManagementSmall Business Management for Property Managers Successfully managing a business requires specific management skills in addition to knowledge of key business practices. You must have an in depth understanding of your administrative and organizational structure. You will focus on operating policies and procedures, association member communications, and facilities management. Child Development and Early Childhood EducationThis program is designed for anyone interested in Early Childhood Education.

You will identify effective teaching strategies and techniques, and practice these strategies during each course. All courses meet the NJ Division of Youth and Family Services continuing education requirements. As of April 2011 high school students enrolled in the ECE Vocational Program may become candidates for the CDA credential and other junior and seniors interested in early childhood careers.

To earn an Early Childhood Education certificate from OCC, you must complete eight core courses and three electives. Students interested in pursuing the New Jersey Infant Toddler Credential should contact the office for additional requirements.
