Taxi Thoughts for Pilots
• Expect non-standard taxi routes. Some taxiways will be one direction only. Some taxiways will be outbound only and others inbound/exit only.
• Listen for runway assignment from the Ground Controller. A majority of traffic will be using Runway 17/35 for departures and arrivals
• Read-back hold instructions
• WCC “When Confused Clarify”
• Be aware of construction vehicles also in the non-movement areas and their unfamiliar knowledge of airport surroundings
• Does taxi clearance to a runway authorize clearance to cross that same runway?
