Define: Create a team name & your goal is to meet the customer needs

Measure: What measures can you use to baseline? How will you know you’ve

Analysis: We prepared a current state map. It took 72 steps for Bob to complete

the task. Identify waste/Nonvalue adding steps.

Improve: What can be improved, using SCAMPER? What could the future state
