All other interventions tasks use the Interventions module;View plans,Edit plans,Complete tasks, etc

Identify Need
Plan Creator – The user who opens the plan online Case manager – The user assigned to manage the plan; the
owner of the plan (the Plan Creator is set as the default) RtI Coordinator – The RtII Champion Team member – Any teacher that needs to be part of the
group plan; allowed to view plan Intervention provider – The team member that provides
the intervention to the group; allowed to enter intervention data
Progress Monitor – The team member that evaluates the success of the intervention provided to the group; allowed to enter Progress monitor information
Roles
Creating Level 2/3 Group Plans From the “Classrooms” module, choose the
Student Analysis tab. From the list of reports, select Student Progress Report Columns.
RtII Plan
Use the list of students identified for intervention(s) Click the check box of students to be assigned
to the same intervention group plan Click the “Assign Interventions” Button (top or
bottom of list)

RtII – Team Setup•Provide “Group Plan” nameStaffLastName_Intervention_Subject/Period_RtII Level
•Verify students for plan•Select “Areas of Eligibility”
•The plan creator is the default Case Manager. Do not change this. To select a different case manager, use a different plan creator.•Choose team members.•Add Team Members.
RtII – Group Plan Setup•Choose an intervention•Decide who will provide it•Agree on frequency and duration
•Choose a Progress Monitor – Assess the success of the intervention•Decide on the frequency of monitoring, the default is monthly•Decide whether the Progress monitor will use the intervention’s assessment tool or use a Likert scale
RtII – Group Plan Setup
•Final review of the intervention(s)•Review Attendance of team during the plan setup.•ACTIVATE PLAN
RtII – Task / Progress Monitoring
•Click on the Interventions module•Choose My Tasks•Choose a task to complete•Enter intervention data
RtII – Task / Progress Monitoring
•Select the upcoming Monitoring task
•Evaluate the success of the intervention
RtII – Add Students
Last, FirstTo ADD students to a Plan –•View a Plan•Click Add/remove students link•Use “Type ahead” box and select student
RtII – Remove Students
Last, FirstTo REMOVE students from a Plan –•View a Plan•Click Add/remove students link•Click the Remove link next to the student to be removed•Select reason for removal
RtII – Close Plan
To Close a Plan –•View a Plan•Discontinue interventions•Select Close Plan•Provide a reason for both the intervention and plan

Schoolnet will upgrade the Interventions module on a regular basis: To better suit the needs of the district To accommodate user suggestions
