RSO Office of Financial Affairs, Spring 2013
The RSO Office of Financial Affairs reviews and deliberates on
budgets submitted by Registered Student Organizations
through the ASG funding process. The committee allocates student
fee money to student organizations to fund special events
and programs, conference registration fees, and office
supplies.After receiving your application, we will contact you
to
schedule an interview. All information must be accurate and
complete or your application will not be processed.

Why would you like to serve on the RSO Office of Financial
Affairs Committee?
Do you have any prior knowledge or experience regarding the ASG
funding process for RSOs?
Will you commit to serving one office hour per week, attending a
weekly committee meeting (Thursdays
at 6pm), and attending up to 2 RSO events as an auditor?
By signing this document I acknowledge and agree to the
following:
1. I hereby give my consent to the Office of Student Activities
(OSA) and the Office of Student Conduct to examine myacademic and
disciplinary records for the purpose of verifying that I meet the
requirements for participation in co-
curricular activities (GPA of 2.25 and enrolled inat least 12
hours as an undergradate or 6 hours as a graduate
student).
2. I understand that if selected as a member of the RSO Office
of Financial Affairs I will be responsible for all dutiesassigned
to my position.
3. I understand that as a committee member I will be required to
serve up to an office hours per week, attend the weeklycommittee
meeting, and attend up to 2 RSO events as an auditor. Weekly
meetings are held on Thrusday evenings
starting at 6pm and can last up to two hours.
4. I understand that as an appointed member of the RSO Office of
Financial Affairs, I am held to a higher standard and Iwill abide
by the ASG Standard of Ethics (Outlined in the ASG Constitution,
Article VII).
5. I understand that as a RSO Office of Financial Affairs member
I represent ASG and the students of the University ofArkansas.
