– Sunk F/V in Olympic Coast National Marine Sanctuary

response– 700 gal potential– OSLTF opened– Adverse weather conditions– Drifted across international border

several times

U.S. Oil and Refining• What happened:

– 25 gal discharge into Blair Waterway at US Oil & Refining Co. facility in Tacoma

• Significance:– 1050 gal discharge initial reported– Effectiveness of ICS organization
