Menjava O-tesnila (samo v primeru puščanja na osi ventila)

Z izvijačem odvijačite vijaka (1 in 2), odstranite ploščico (3), z izvijačem odstranite izrabljeno O-tesnilo (4), vstavite rezervno O-tesnilo (5), prekrite s ploščico in ponovno privijte oba vijaka. Menjavo tesnila lahko izvede le ustrezno kvalificirana oseba.

O-Ring Ersetzung (nur im Falle einer Leck an den Ventilachse)Mit Schraubendreher die Schrauben abschrauben (1 und 2), Beschriftungsplatte entfernen (3), mit Schraubendreher der gebrauchte O-Ring entfernen (4), neue O-Ring einfügen (5), Mit Bescriftungsplatte abdecken und beide Schrauben zurückschrauben. Ersetzung darf nur vom qualifiziertem Personal Ausgeführt werden.

Replacing O-rings (just in case of leakage at the axis of valve)

With a screwdriver, unscrew the screws (1 and 2), remove the plate (3), remove the spent O-ring (4) with a screwdriver, insert new O-ring (5), cover with a plate and re-screw both screws. The replacement must be performed by qualified personnel!

VARNOSTNI NAPOTKI

- Montažo pogona in ventila lahko izvaja samo strokovno-pooblaščena oseba v skladu s standardi in predpisi.

- Pred montažo dobro sperite cevi, tesnilni material ne sme priti v telo ventila.- Pri montaži se izognite spajkanju ali varjenju v neposredni bližini ventila.- Cev v ventil privijte mehko, brez mehanskih napetosti. Premer cevi mora ustrezati

nazivnemu premeru ventila.- Mesto montaže mora biti zaščiteno proti zmrzali, napravo je potrebno zaščititi pred

kemikalijami, barvami, detergenti, topili in njihovimi hlapi in drugimi vplivi okolja (vibracije...).

- Nikoli ne odstranite hkrati vseh vijakov in distančnikov (velja za DN32)!- Priporočena je vgradnja filter mrežice na vstopni strani ventila.- Kvaliteta vode mora ustrezati smernicam VDI 2035.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS- Installation of the actuator can be carried out only by an authorized person, in the

accordance with standards and regulations.

- Before installation wash pipes, sealing material must not go inside the valve.- During the installation, avoid soldering or welding near the valve.- Screw the pipe into the valve soft and carefully, with no mechanical stress.- Place of assembly must be protected against frost. The device must be protected

from chemicals, paints, detergents, solvents and their vapours and other environmental influences (vibration).

- Do not remove all screws and spacers at the same time! (valid for DN32)- Installation of strainer on the inflow sides of the valve is recommended.- Water quality must comply with the requirements of VDI 2035.

SICHERHEITSHINWEISE- Die Montage darf nur vom Fachmann ausgeführt werden! Bei der Montage sind gesetzliche und behördliche Vorschriften einzuhalten.

- Löt- und Schweißarbeiten in der Nähe von dem Ventil sind zu vermeiden.- Vor der Installation spülen sie die Rohre aus, Dichtungsmaterial darf nicht in das

Ventil gelangen. - Die Röhre vorsichtig ohne mechanischen Druck in das Ventil einschrauben.- Einbauort muss gegen Frost geschützt sein, das Gerät muss vor Chemikalien,

Farben, Reinigungsmitteln, Lösungsmitteln und ihren Dämpfen und vor anderen Umwelteinflüssen (Vibrationen) geschützt sein.

- Entfernen Sie niemals alle Tragdistanzhalter und Deckelschrauben gleichzeitig! (gilt für DN32)

- Bestimmungen gemäß VDI 2035 bezüglich Wasserqualität sind einzuhalten.
