Room Hire Information

Both the Alexander Suite and Grant Suite are hired out exclusively to the couple on their wedding day.

The Alexander Suite can accommodate up to 120 guests for a sit down meal and up to 150 guests for an

evening reception.

Hire fees

Room hire is inclusive of our white table linen, napkins, cutlery, glassware, crockery, tables and our

standard banqueting chairs. Hire of our white wooden chiavari chairs is available at £1 per chair.

Hire fee for weddings held Monday – Thursday £1500

Hire fee for weddings held Friday - Sunday £2500

Drinks receptions

After your ceremony, enjoy a special celebratory drinks reception in our Grant Room or entertain your

guests in our beautiful outside spaces. Please see our menus for more information about our alcoholic

and non-alcoholic wedding drink packages that are available .

Drinks reception on the Mill Meadow No additional charge

Served outside on the Mill Meadow, overlooking the historic mill building and bridge.

Drinks reception on the Lower Garden £250

Served outside, set amongst the lush foliage and exotic blooms of our formal lower gardens and lawn.

Drinks reception in our Upper Garden £350

Enjoy the spectacular views that look down upon the Greg House, formal gardens and entire mill site.
