The first trip is to Argentina. This trip will take place in March, 2020. Information about this Destination Become enchanted with Buenos Aires, “the Paris of South America”. The city combines European grandeur with Latin passion. Tour the more traditional, and the most trendy, neighbourhoods that fascinate with their cosmopolitan atmosphere and individual personality. Visit art galleries, museums, the opera house, the birthplace of tango and navigate the Parana River delta. Discover a variety of landscapes in Patagonia, at the southern tip of South America. In Ushuaia, take the “Train to the End of the World”. Navigate the Beagle Channel observing penguins, sea lions and bird colonies. Dive into the rich local seafood.

The second trip is to the island of Sicily in Italy. This trip will take place from May 4 through May 15, 2020. Information about this Destination Join Dr. Trinity Jackman, classical historian and archaeologist, on a journey to Sicily, home to some of Europe’s most important ancient Greek sites, Europe’s most active volcano and some of Italy’s tastiest food. Midway between Africa and Europe in the middle of the Mediterranean, Sicily has been ruled by Greeks, Romans, Arabs, Normans and Spaniards, all of whom have left their mark. The Cathedral of Monreale, built to showcase the power of the Norman King William II and famous for its mosaics, is considered one of Sicily’s greatest art treasures. Just off the salt flats on the west coast lies the little island of Mozia with its layers of history to be found in the Carthaginian and Roman ruins. To the south is Agrigento, historically one of the richest Greek colonies, with its “Valley of the Temples”, the largest and best-preserved collection of ancient Greek buildings outside of Greece.

The fourth trip is to China to explore the ancient Silk Road. This trip will take place in October, 2020. Once, camels loaded with exotic goods travelled across snow-capped mountains and desolate deserts on this vital artery of trade, culture and religious exchange between East and West.
