Since 2011, the Youth Employment Skateboarding (YES) program has provided teen skateboarders the opportunity to earn service hours, gain work experience, and make a positive impact in their community. • Competitive & application based volunteer program• Open to Seattle area teens 12-18 years of age• Participants attend multiple trainings, including Creating Safer Spaces, Financial Literacy, and Resume Writing• Since inception, YES teens have donated 10,000+ hours of time to the local community• 2 cohorts are offered each year

During the school year, we partner with Seattle’s only indoor skate park, All Together Skate Park to host weekly group lessons. • Every Sunday, September – May• 1-hour classes begin at 12pm and 1pm• Pre-registration for 5-weeks of classes available at www.skatelikeagirl.com

We work with local schools, community centers, and other agencies to ensure ALL youth, regardless of income, have access to physical activity during school or just after the bell.• Partners include the YMCA, Communities in Schools, Seattle Parks, and various schools (public & private)• 20+ sites served per year• 80% of community partners receive a scholarship

Ladies* Night is a unique opportunity for girls, women, trans, non-binary, and other non-traditional skaters to shred together! This program proudly introduces 2,500 folx to skateboarding each year.• All ages & abilities welcome! • Complimentary loaner gear available• Hosted at 2 indoor skate parks year-round, Bellevue Indoor and All Together Skate Park (Fremont)• Seasonally at various outdoor skate parks including Seattle Center Skate Park• Serves 2,500+ individuals annually

LADIES* NIGHTEvery summer, we host 10 weeks of free skateboarding lessons in high needs communities, while engaging adults and teens in leadership roles as organizers and instructors.• 6 rotating sites served each summer• 30+ youth attend each clinic• Each summer, program introduces 1,000+ new youth to the sport of skateboarding

Since the early 2000’s, Skate Like a Girl has taken advantage of the lovely NW summers by offering skate camps to youth.• Various programs supporting teens of all genders including girls and gender expansive youth• 40+ sessions each summer, serving an estimated 700 young people • Partner with various agencies & local municipalities
