From I-90 NYS Thruway Exit 40 (Weedsport) turn right and take NY Rt. 34 South 8.9 miles into Auburn.

Turn right on NY Rt. 5 / US Rt. 20 West for 2.3 miles. Turn right into the main entrance for the mall campus.Turn left onto the outer mall loop and proceed counter-clockwise around to the back-side of the mall and the

Event Center entrance. Do NOT use any other entrance. No animals or equipment allowed in the mall beyondthe Event Center. We have roll-in access.

RRCBA SHOW RULES

1. NO DOGS ALLOWED IN THE MALL.2. No posting signs on the walls, windows, or any other showroom or grounds property.3. No smoking in buildings.4. No alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, or weapons in the showroom or on the grounds.5. No glass bottles allowed on the grounds.6. No parking, standing or unloading in the Fire Lane next to the building.7. All carrying cages must have leak proof bottoms. 8. No dumping anything into sinks or toilets.9. If you make a mess, you clean it up!10. Parents are responsible for supervising their children.11. Anyone causing a disturbance or trying to intimidate a judge will be asked to leave and their entry fee

will be forfeited.12. Exhibitors must pick up check-in sheets and verify entry. All scratches are to be done at secretary’s

table, and changes must be paid for.13. No changes are to be done at Judging table, unless approved by the show secretary. 14. All rabbits and cavies for all shows will be judged by private ear number. 15. All rabbits must be permanently and legibly tattooed in the left ear.16. Exhibitors will be responsible for carrying their own animals to and from the judging table. To avoid

delays– the 3 call rule will apply.17. All youth entries must be carried to the show table by a youth. Exhibitors do not have to carry their

own animals to the show table.18. No animal may be entered in more than one class, or in both open and youth in the same show.19. Open & youth judging will be judged on the same table.20. RRCBA reserves the right to substitute or cancel judges.21. Sick animals must be removed from the showroom and entry fee will be forfeited. 22. All returned checks will be charged a $35.00 fee the first and second time they are deposited. 23. All awards must be picked up at the Secretary’s desk--None will be mailed.24. The RRCBA and The American Rabbit Breeders Association host club reserves the right to refuse

entries from exhibitors placing an entry from all locations within 150 miles which has had a confirmed outbreak of RCV/RHD/VHD (or any other infection for which a quarantine area includingrabbits/cavies has been established) within the past 60 days of the entry deadline.

25. No breeding of rabbits in the show room.26. Animals and items left in the showroom after the end of the show become the property of the RRCBA

for disposal at our sole discretion.27. No “Tail-gaiting”, cooking, sales or distribution of food allowed on the grounds by persons other than

licensed vendors of the food court.28. Use ONLY the Event Center entrance. No animals or equipment allowed in the mall beyond the

Event Center. 29. All persons wishing to work with a judge must apply to the RRCBA at least 30 days in advance, have

officially passed their test, and have their ARBA notification in hand.30. Submission of entries requires acceptance of all show rules. Violators will forfeit their entries,

awards, and fees.

RRCBA Membership Application Year ___________ Date_______________All memberships are for a (1) year period beginning January 1st, or upon first payment of dues, and expiring December 31st of the same year.

Individual Adult membership dues shall be $10.00. Individual Youth membership dues shall be $5.00--available until 19th birthday. Family membership dues shall be $15.00 for 2 adults (or $10.00 for 1 adult) plus $1.00 for each youthmember--available for up to 2 Adults and any Youth residing in the same household for which one or bothadults have legal guardianship.

Half-year pro-rated dues (for new/first-time memberships)--available after June 30, for the remainder of theyear, at ½ the yearly rate--provided the following year’s membership is paid at the same time, at the full rate.

Membership is available to all individuals not under legal or disciplinary action by the RRCBA, NYRCBA, ACBA,or ARBA; upon receipt of a completed application and membership fee; contingent on approval by a simplemajority of members present at a general membership meeting.

All members are expected to be active and to help put on our annual show. At least one member from eachhousehold is encouraged to join RochesterRCBA@Yahoogroups.com to enable communication.
