Bottling Lines

6000 bottles per hour and 4000 bottles per hour All composants are sterilised at 90°c with steam and water Lot numbers on bottles 2 samples from each bottling are kept for quality control and future

analysis as necessary An internal laboratory supervised by two inhouse oenologists
