Christie Consulting traveled (Nov. thru Dec. 2014) to Beijing and Inner-Mongolia for 31 day research and development testing of Fuelade™ diesel catalyst products at Shennan Zhangjiamao Mining Company. Mining company provided fleet of underground mining trucks for testing of fuel savings, reduction of particulates, and emission levels. Attended and executed sales booth for China International Offshore Oil and Gas Technology Conference and Exhibit 2014 located in Beijing, China.

Gresham’s Eastern International: Located in Karachi, Pakistan. Christie Consulting traveled (Oct. 2013) to Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad, Pakistan for 30 days. With the Government of Pakistan executed strategic planning and business development throughout

the country of Pakistan for Fuelade™ diesel catalyst products and testing procedures. Fuelade Africa, LLC and Enerwaste Limited: Located in Lagos, Nigeria and London, England. Business joint venture with an international energy company for Fuelade™ diesel catalyst, and Fuelade Africa national sales distribution center located in Lagos, Nigeria. Christie Consulting traveled (Dec. 2011) to Sierra Leone for a month long research and development on three military compounds using Fuelade™ diesel catalyst in diesel generators. Christie Consulting provided & completed all website development, marketing, brand messaging, brochures, custom labels and shipping.

Fuelade Solutions, LLC: Located in Rapid City, South Dakota. Christie Consulting, LLC hired as independent third-party test consultant using Fuelade™ diesel catalyst in United States military diesel generators and Omni-Trax Great Western Railway locomotive engines & locomotive fleet. All tests and protocol were overseen by NASA fuel engineer, Dr. Cowley, at the Colorado School of Mines.

Hilton Homewood Suites: Located in Denver, Colorado. New construction of 154 room

hotel, steel-framed system with heavy gage steel stud framing and concrete pan decks.

residential development project. Completed underground utilities, county roads, storm and

water systems, budgets, monthly bank inspections, submittals, permits and inspections.

Provided crews and equipment for earth work and parking lot construction on Walgreens Drug

store.

Magic Valley Trucking: Located in Boise, Idaho. Design/Build 8,800 sq/ft commercial

building with structural steel framing, and CMU infill. Tenant office improvement, parking lot,

underground utilities, budgets and monthly bank request, submittals, permits and city

inspections.

Bank of the West: Located in Eagle, Idaho. Design/Build 4,500 sq/ft bank facility. Completed

Starbucks coffee store, Trade Winds restaurant, front deck & lobby renovation, arcade, gift

shop, banquet room renovation, budgets and monthly bank requests. New construction of

65,000 sq/ft. indoor water park with structural steel frame and girders covered with heavy

timber framing & accents. Design/Build and schedule all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, pool

contactor, water slide companies, pool side restaurants, pool side bar, private party rooms,

planning, fire codes, zoning, submittals, permits and inspections.

Rockford Best Western & CoCo Keys Indoor Water Park Development: Located in

Rockford, Illinois. Hotel renovation with PIP, all FFE, new restaurant, front desk & lobby

renovations, bar, gifts shops, budgets and monthly bank requests. Construction of 58,000 sq/ft

indoor water park with structural steel framing and covered with timber framing accents.

Design/Build and schedule all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, pool contactor, water slide

FOCUS DEVELOPMENT- Senior Project Manager- Valparaiso, Indiana: 2004 to 2005

Holiday Inn & Holiday Inn Express Hotel: Located in Dundee, Michigan. New 175 room hotel, three floors of famed construction with family style rental suits. Design/Build a custom 62,000sq/ft indoor Water Park, outdoor water park & pool, structural steel construction, CMU-block infill, timber roof framing, interior waterfalls, custom lighting, rock theme, arcade, gift shops, budgets and monthly bank inspections. Scheduled all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, planning, zoning, fire codes, submittals, permits and city inspections.

Holiday Inn & Holiday Inn Express Convention Center: Located in Shipshewana,

Indiana- HIE Member. New 275 room hotel and convention center, four floors of framed

construction with family style suits. Design/Build a custom 62,000 sq/ft indoor Water Park,

structural steel construction, CMU-block infill, timber roof framing, interior waterfalls, lighting,

rock theme, arcade, gift shops, budgets and monthly bank inspections. Schedule all mechanical,

electrical, plumbing, planning, zoning, fire codes, submittals, permits and city inspections.

KELLY CONSTRUCTION- Senior Project Manager- Chicago, Illinois: 2003 to 2004

Lincoln Town Plaza: Located in Lincoln, Illinois. Design/Build new seven stories

commercial & mix use project. The building has 6-floors of condominium and the first floor

with all store front rentals. Scheduled all tenant improvements, condo-living layouts, roof top

shared space, underground parking garage, sprinkler system, elevator install, city water & sewer

hook-ups, structural steel construction, concrete poured decks, concrete roof deck, rubber

roofing, fire spray retardant, steel stud framing and CMU infill. Provide all plan review, pre-

construction red line drawings, structural steel submittal package, budgets, bank draws,

permits, inspections, and on site safety meetings. Worked directly with local Chicago architect

& client from start to finish.

Grossinger Volvo Dealerships: Located in Sterling Heights, Illinois. Design/ Build new

17,000 sq/ft showroom, tenant improvement, new parts department and install 28-bay lift

stations for mechanics. Supplied red line drawings for city records, recorded drawings,

submittals, progress photos. Worked with international Swedish architectural firm for planning,

zoning, submittals, and as-built drawings.

CHRISTIE ENTERPRISES, LLC- Owner & Operator- Jackson, Wyoming: 2000 to 2003

Kroger International & Loaf and Jug: Located in Jackson, Wyoming. New 15,000 sq/ft gas

station, convince store and housing complex. Installed and erected structural steel I-beams,

steel columns for gas canopy and connections for gas pump operations. Installed and finished

all custom log work for structural and decorative columns on exterior of building & canopy.

Performed framing, siding, plumbing, brick & block masonry and interior trim carpentry.

Scheduled all inspections, submittals and permits.

Orvis Sales and Fly Shop: Located in Jackson, Wyoming. Complete building renovation for

entire interior sales floor and exterior facade. Provide and Installed decorative log exterior

trusses, log columns, masonry, store front glass, custom entrance door, exterior lighting,

signage, inspections, tenant improvement, sales counter, custom displays, inspections and

permits.

Teton Mountain Lodge: Located in Teton Village, Wyoming. Interior and exterior framing

contract with steel stud framing, siding, lobby front desk custom build, cabinetry and trim

carpentry for 88-room hotel and condominium project. Scheduled all trades, safety meetings

and completed monthly bank inspection for owner.

Aspen Village Home: Located in Jackson, Wyoming. Design/Build 6,700 sq/ft custom log

home. Performed all labor for log construction, framing, exterior decks, walk-out basement,

kitchen cabinets, plumbing, trim carpentry, scheduled trades, monthly bank inspections, city

inspections and permits.

Wilson Creek Development: Located in Wilson, Wyoming. Provide all labor and materials

for new 22-unit federal housing units. Crews completed all rough framing, siding, windows,

doors, interior trim carpentry, cabinetry, monthly bank inspections and all city inspections.

Center Piece Office Complex: Located in Jackson, Wyoming. Design/Build 10,000 sq/ft

office complex with underground covered parking garage. Provide all labor and materials for

rough framing, siding, windows, doors, interior carpentry, cabinetry, masonry, roofing,

MAVERICK CONSTRUCTION- Sr. Project Manager- Mackinac Island, Michigan- 1999

to 2000

The Grand Hotel: Located in Mackinac Island, Michigan. Completed all phases of twelve

story hotel, 50,000 sq/ft addition and historical renovation. Coordinated, schedule and

organized trades to achieve on-time completion of project. Provide and install all structural

concrete footings and thirty foot walls, structural steel beams & columns, install new main

sewer lines, all underground utilities, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, plan review, architectural

review, coordinate off-site engineering firms, submittals and permits. Responsible for recording

of historical plate, building placement, removal of 220’ smoke stack and new golf club house

renovations.

ROYAL DEVELOPMENTS: General Manager- Marquette, Michigan- 1996 to 2000

Rosewood Building: Located in Marquette, Michigan. Design/Build historical renovation

project. Completed the four year project on a 120,000 sq/ft renovation. Complete with 250

seat restaurants, five (5) store fronts, tenant improvement in each rental and 10,000 sq/ft top

floor office spaces. Worked with local architect firm on structural designs, Michigan historical

register, stone, timber, structural replacement, custom show kitchen, wood burning pizza oven,

Fender sound system, custom bar, banquette room, staffing, menu and turn-key operations.

Bear Lake Custom Home: Located in Big Bay, Michigan. Design/Build 7,000 sq/ft custom

cedar log home and five masonry fireplaces. Design/Build custom cedar log sauna and shower

out-building and five car garage.

Royal Development Work Shop: Located in Marquette, Michigan. Design/Build new 40,000

sq/ft work shop for: Blacksmith operations, cabinet shop, welding shop and storage space.

Northwestern Indiana Telephone Company (NITCO): Construction Director- Hebron,

Indiana- 1991 to 1996

Northwestern Indiana Telephone Company: Located in Hebron, Indiana. Managed daily

operation for field crews, constructed telephone switching stations, and maintained corporate

office buildings, and planned development for future corporate headquarters.

Royal Tee’s Development: Located in Crown Point, Indiana. Spearheaded the development

of 240 acre residential subdivision. Completed seven custom homes, future golf course design
