RKEM MOVES FOR OPERATIONAL SHIPMENT

StepsLogin to RKEM and select the option 1 > RKEM from the Main Menu

Press <F5>

• In the command line type RKSF06• Then press <Ctrll>• In this new screen type “/” in the second option “RKEM01S”• Then press <Ctrl>

Enter the Following Information :• Inv/On road: “I”• Region: here you type the region to which the terminal belongs to (*** Check How to search for Location/Region Code below)• Location: the terminal which you will load the container.• Type: this has a default value no need to change it.• Size: This is optional, but you can type the equipment size you required, this will narrow the search.• All other fields can be left in blank.• Press <Ctrll> and then <F9>

Search for a Container that has :Empty = 'Y' andMove = 'Discharged' OR 'Gate-IN'

• In the command line type RKEME1• Then press <Ctrl>

• Type in the Equipment ID• Then press <Ctrl>

• Position the cursor under the container number • Press <Shift> and <F4>

Enter the Following Information for the GATE-OUT Move :• For: EXP• Next Loc.: (The export terminal)• Date: date the container will be gate out empty• Journal Loc.: (The export terminal)• Journal Date: date the container will be gate out empty• Booking: (the export booking number to which the container will be link to)• Carrier Code: MSL• Press <F9>

******Note: if by chance it is asking for the Chassis you can type “None”, this will validate the field.

******Note : If "Vessel Not updated in RKST27 " message is displayed then follow the steps mentioned below for updating Vessel in RKEM

• Position the cursor under the container number • Press <Shift> and <F4>

Issue Original Transport Document

Enter the Following Information for the GATE-IN FULL Move :• Journal Loc.: (The export terminal)• Journal Date: date the container will be gate out empty• Booking: (the export booking number to which the container will be link to)• Carrier Code: MSL (If is not there then you may need to type it again)• Weight: In KGs (same as the booking)• Act/Est/Sca: A• Seals ML: ML1234567• Press <F9>

********Note: if by chance it is asking for the Chassis you can type “None”, this will validate the field.

• In the command line type RKEMB2• Press <Ctrl>.

Enter the following fields:• Journal Loc.: the load port code• Journal Date: the ETD which is the same as in GCSS product panel (have to be in the past)• Selection Vsl/Voy: the vessel code and voyage the same as in GCSS.• Dsch. Port: the code of the next discharge port in the product.• Equipment: container number• Slot: 999999, it always have to be which is a fix for dummy position.• Press <Ctrl>

********Note : If "Carrier not updated in RKST27" message is displayed then follow the steps mentioned below for updating Vessel in RKEM

• In the command line type RKEMB5• Press <Ctrl>.

Enter the following fields:• Journal Loc.: the discharge port code• Journal Date: the ETA which is the same as in GCSS product panel (have to be in the past)• Selection Vsl/Voy: the vessel code and voyage the same as in GCSS.• Dsch. Port: the code of the actual discharge port in the product.• Equipment: container number• Press <Ctrl>

Enter the Location Code Press <Ctrl>

• In the command line type RKST53• Press <Ctrl>.

Enter the User ID Press <Ctrl>

If you want to update the GCSS Environment then :Enter the GCSS Environment and click on <Ctrl>

• In the command line type RKST27• Press <Ctrl>.

Specify "GTTS Used" as NPress <Ctrl>

• In the command line type RKST27• Press <Ctrl>.

Specify "Carrier Code", FROM and TO DatesPress <Ctrl>

Outcome"Equipment Management Main Menu" Screen will be displayed

A Pop up screen will be displayed.

List of Containers will be displayed.

Container selected

"Equipment Tracking" Screen will be displayed

All Equipment Activities will be displayed

"RKEMXXXX Move Successfully Inserted""Equipment Tracking" Screen will be displayed and the last move,

"Gate Movement" Screen will be displayed containing equipment details and the message " RKEM453N INSERT of new move assumed - hit F9 to insert " will be displayed at the bottom of the screen

"Gate Movement" Screen will be displayed containing equipment details and the message " RKEM453N INSERT of new move assumed - hit F9 to insert " will be displayed at the bottom of the screen

"RKEMXXXX Move Successfully Inserted""Equipment Tracking" Screen will be displayed and the last move,

"Multiple Equipment Loading" Screen will be displayed

Successful"Vessel Operation" screen will be displayed

Under Document Menu , --> Enter DKGIS in Printer Domain--> Enter DKGIS in Template Domain--> Select DK17170APM OR DK17172APM from the drop down for the Printer
