Music Simplified If you’ve ever been interested in learn-ing how to play guitar, ukulele, banjo, or dulcimer, please join us at River House (179 Marine Street) on Monday, June 10th from 9am-12pm. Learn to tune and chord any of these instruments in one easy lesson. No previous playing experience necessary. No complicated and uncomfortable fingerings. Immedi-ately play any song, all major and minor chords. Bring your own in-strument, bor-row one from a friend, or use one of ours. River House Book Club Join us at River House (179 Marine Street) from 3:00pm-4:00pm, on the 2nd Tuesday of every month. Join-ing a book club is a great way to be con-sistent in your read-ing, delve deeper into books, and make some great friends. Grief Support Group If you are grieving over the loss of a loved one we welcome you to join our monthly bereavement group where you can share thoughts, memories, and issues about these special people. This compli-mentary support group is led by Rhona (Ronnie) Botnick, a Bereavement Coun-selor with over 25 years of experience. Gypsy Skirt Dancing Many cultures around the world including India, Egypt, Spain, Afri-ca, Mexico, and the Caribbean dance with big skirts. Join us on Mondays from 10am-11am at River House (179 Marine Street) for a fun, festive class that celebrates diversity and the gypsy in us all! Moves are basic, but it’s still a great workout. Plus, other fun props (fans, umbrellas, etc.) will be added to our gypsy reper-toire. Loaner skirts will be available in each class. The cost for each session is $4 members/$5 non-members. Please call 904-209-3655 for your reservations. Flow Yoga Class Classes will be held at River House (179 Marine Street) on Tuesdays from 2:30pm-
3:30pm and Wednesdays from 1:15pm-2:30pm. Yoga keeps our bodies more fit,
the mind calmer and more relaxed. It is also beneficial in the
prevention and control of common health and emotional prob-
lems linked with aging. It helps you in becoming more in touch
with yourself and your body enabling you to accept who you
are and the state you are in which creates a positive approach in
life. Cost per class is $4 for River House Activity Members
and $5 for non-members. Call 904-209-3655 for reservations
