Stable-Edge Specifications
Stable-Edge is manufactured in 3.2mm thick aluminium alloy 6063 with T6 hardness. Supplied in packs at 2.438m per length. Steel fixing spikes available separately. When ordering Stable Edge, please remember to include the quantity of fixing stakes you require.Fixing stakes are recommended at a minimum of 3 stakes per linear meter. Greater frequency should be considered for tight curves. Please remember that the fixing stakes we supply are intended to be driven into a sub-base. Other fixings should be considered if securing Stable Edge to either concrete or existing asphalt.

Simple (left) and Flush (right) joins.
With the simple join you should allow a 50mm overlap to allow for movement when staking. With the flush join you use a 100mm joining section behind the two main lengths.
Rite-Edge Specifications
Rite-Edge is manufactured aluminium alloy 6063 to a T6 hardness whilst the fixing stakes are aluminium alloy 6061 to aT6 hardness. This is designed with a life expectancy of 27 years in a sub-tropical and humid environment such as New Zealand. We recommend 50mm of overlap for each joint which should be considered in your length required calculation.
