So....What doesn't CHANGE?

1. Though our world may change, God

never changes.

"Jesus Christ is the same

yesterday and today and forever."

Hebrews 13:8

“For I, the Lord, do not change;

therefore you, O sons of Jacob, are not consumed."

Malachi 3:6

"The Lord’s lovingkindnesses indeed never cease, For His compassions never fail.

They are new every morning;Great is Your faithfulness."

Hebrews 13:8

So....What doesn't CHANGE?

2. Though our friends may fail us, God’s PROMISES

are assured.

"God is not a man, that He should lie, Nor a son of man, that He should repent; Has He

said, and will He not do it? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?

Numbers 23:19

"The grass withers, the flower fades,When the breath of the Lord blows upon it; Surely the

people are grass. The grass withers, the flower fades, But the word of our God stands forever."

Isaiah 40:7,8

So....What doesn't CHANGE?

3. Though what man says often changes

God’s WORD never changes.

“if anyone adds to them, God will add to him the plagues which are written in this book; 19 and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God will take away his part from the tree of life and from the holy city.” Revelation 22:18,19

“For truly I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not the smallest letter or stroke shall

pass from the Law until all is accomplished.Matthew 5:8

So....What doesn't CHANGE?

4. Though what man says often changes

God’s PLANS never changes.

“For I am confident of this very thing, that He who began a good work in you will perfect it

until the day of Christ Jesus.” Philippians 1:6

“For I know the plans that I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope.”

Jeremiah 29:11

So....What doesn't CHANGE?

5. Though what man says often changes God’s LOVE never

changes.

“just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we would be holy

and blameless before Him in love.” Ephesians 1:4

“If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse

us from all unrighteousness.” I John 1:9

So....What doesn't CHANGE?

6. Though our methods may change,

our MESSAGE remains the same.

“what does the Lord require of you but to do justice, to love kindness, And to walk humbly

with your God?Micah 6:8

“Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved, you and your household.”

7. Though our world may fall apart, our

HOPE in God is secure.

"This hope we have as an anchor of the soul, a hope both sure and steadfast and one which

enters within the veil,”Hebrews 6:19

"God is our refuge and strength, A very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth

should change. And though the mountains slip into the heart of the sea; Though its waters roar and foam, Though

the mountains quake at its swelling pride."Psalms 46:1-3
