What is www.MyRicoh.com?

It is your web page for placing service call, meter reads, and ordering supplies.

To begin, you will need to create a login and password*. Click on REGISTER and

follow the instructions as requested on the registration screen.

When registering you need to make sure you have the Equipment ID Number for

each piece of equipment you are registering. This is located on the silver sticker

above the bar code. You may also use Ricoh Employee ID # 156017.

There are no limits as to how many people can be registered to the same piece of

equipment.

*You only have to register the equipment once because the next time you login

your equipment list and information will populate what was registered.

Once you have registered and created a login and password, you will be directed

to this screen:

In the above box outlined in “red”, you will find the following services:

Service Requests: You can place and track a service call, view a 12 month service

history and escalate an open service request.

Knowledge Base: This allows you to find answers about your equipment. You are

able to search by product, category, keywords or phrases.

@Remote: This is an internet based remote management tool for your digital

multi-purpose devices and laser printers. It monitors activity, places service calls

and reports meter readings.

Manuals and Downloads: This option lets you download the manual or the most

current driver.

Supplies: This allows you to order supplies, track, and view history your supply

ordering history.

Once you click on Service Requests, you will see the screen below:

Select the radio button next to the equipment you need assistance with and click

the gray Request Service icon. The next screen will give you multiple options,

Global Knowledge Solutions for Listed Problems, Chat or Talk to an Agent to Solve

Listed Problem(s), and on the bottom of the page there is the option to Create

Service Request (see below boxed in red).

Enter the requested information as requested on the screen that appears, as

shown below boxed in red.

Choose the Next icon at the bottom of the screen. The information you input will

be sent directly to your technician.

with MyRicoh specialist or receive a call from a MyRicoh Agent (these are
