being always innovative feels, in the need of hour and technology with
increasing competition….To make you stand apart and Visible, important is supply Quality
product.
In the above photo you can see the Parallel Block most commonly found applicable in every
organization’s workshop to set or rest the products. Repeated use of same block on various
machines / jobs gives bi-product residues due to moisture, coolant, Oil solidification, and
foreign particles on the block. This can be clearly observed in above photo – comparing Right
half [unfinished covered with rust] and left half (finished).
Continuous usage of block also gives dents and scratches on the surfaces, which make
parallel block un-parallel – creating undesirable condition to work further with it. Above
photo – clearly shows dent [on left had side] generated with passing time and usage.

Advantage:-• It removes rust, dust, muck, foreign particles, sharp corners / edges, without changing
any dimensions.
• In case of scratches and dents, it removes peaks and leaves valley as it is. seen in the
above photo.
• Presence of peaks in the surface gives your job point contact, after brushing the area
increases, and you have now more surface contacts then before.
• Restoring of parallel job is an in-house procedure done on your VMC / HMC which
can be done at regular intervals
