Collections Dashboard provides you with actionable information at your finger tips. You can see the Infotiles in the top for Delinquent, Promises, Strategy Tasks and Activities.
Click on the Delinquent Infotile. You can see the 18 customers who are delinquent. Click on Dixon Industries.

You will be presented with the customer information. Click on the Transactions tab.

Highlight one of the transactions and then Look at the details at the bottom and the lines.

After speaking with the customer, they just agreed on a $100 payment on the outstanding invoice. You can preview the invoice by clicking on the “Preview” button.

Click close icon once you finish reviewing the invoice.

While your invoice is still highlighted, click on the Pay button.

Click on Electronic funds transfer under payment method drop down menu and select a site. Once this is done, the payment details will be filled out automatically. Enter the payment amount as 100.00
Click on Submit button.

Here you will receive a notification stating that the cash receipt was created. Click on OK.
Click Done and go back to the Collections Dashboard again.

Click on the Aging tab.
Review the Aging method –Aging bucket, Amount, percentage.
**Financials Cloud allows you to configure different Aging Buckets for outstanding receivables. Here we are reviewing a standard 4 bucket aging view.
