Frederic Portal has over than 16 years of experience in financial systems and software industry, fromsmall organizationsto Fortune 500 companies. He has spent his career between clients and PeopleSoft. At PeopleSoft, Frederic wasresponsible for the strategic direction of PeopleSoft solutions for eSettlements, Account Payables, Treasury andExpenses. He brings unique solutions to problems and is co-­holder of several US technology patents. Frederic worked onthe design and delivery of PeopleSoft v9.0, 9.1 & 9.2, as well as a many Fusion applications. He has expertise in bestpractices for finance business processes and is diligent in finding solutions to solve customer business problems throughtechnology and people.

Pablo Lopez has over 16 years of experience in Oracle PeopleSoft applications projects and has worked on implementingsolutions in Mexico for nearly 10 years. During his career, Pablo has worked with multidisciplinary teams in Argentina,Chile, Italy, Brazil and Mexico. Pablo also worked at Deloitte Consulting Company as Operations Director andInterservices Company as Business Development Director. Pablo is passionate about delivering exceptional value toclients, leveraging technology tosupport business processes.

Damian Jankowski is a 20-­year veteran in the ERP consulting industry. He began his career as an early member ofPeopleSoft’s consulting teams, which lead to the successful launch of the PeopleSoft Practice in Latin America.Damian has held various leadership positions with Oracle and PeopleSoft in consulting and business development. Hehas expertise in leading large global implementations at an assortment of Fortune 500 companies in the FinancialServices, Communications, Services and Retail Industries.

Anibal Serantes has spent the last 18 years working in the consulting industry. He served as a Consulting Director atDeloitte, where he spent 16 years serving multinational companies including Walmart, GlobalCrossing, Daimler-­Mercedes Benz, Shell, Telefonica, Rede Globo and Embraer, among others. Anibal possesses broad experience leadingenterprise projects, including ERP Implementations, CRM and Billing, Shared Services Initiatives, Analysis andImplementation of Performance Indicators and Project Management (PMO), running in organizations in Argentina, Chile,Mexico, the United States and Brazil. Anibal uses his deep experience to lead his team and contribute to the success ofhis customers.

Jean-­Michel Isoir has 16 years of experience working in the service and outsourcing industry, including four years atDeloitte Consulting. He established Ataway in order to respond to customer needs to have consultants that are productand business experts. Jean-­Michel exemplifies Ataway’s commitment to helping its clients achieve high performanceand better results by driving for value-­oriented solutions. After spotting the need early on, he built and oversaw theestablishment of consultant knowledge programs and certifications in top business processes, products and industries.This unique approach shows his strong commitment to the company’s core values.

William has over 20 years of experience in the Manufacturing, Logistics and Retail industry sectors throughout AsiaPacific with a strong focus on Greater China. He served as a senior executive at infor, Kewill and Tech Mahindra. Williamhas strong leadership and management skills, driving customer and consulting teams to success. William is detailoriented and makes sure that each project target is achieved, and most often exceeds management expectations.Currently, William leads the overall business of Ataway in China where he serves top Asianand Global customers.

Jill Strenzel has been in the system development and deployment field for over 30 years including stints at Accenture,Budget Rent A Car, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), PepsiCo and Oracle. She has spent the last 22 years solutioningand delivering Oracle applications engagements for PeopleSoft, eBusiness and Cloud, reaching over 75 countries acrossall major domains HCM, FSCM and Campus Solutions. She is a people-­centric person, building strong teams andworking in a collaborative fashion with top-­tierclients todeliver sustainingvalue.
