Retractions
In our Spring '95 issue, we accidentally listed Professor Stephen L. Baehr as an Assistant Professor at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State Univer- sity. Professor Baehr is a Full Professor. We apologize for this error.
Also in the Spring issue of 1995, we listed Between Heaven and Hell: The Myth of Siberia in Russian Culture as Between Heaven and Earth: The Myth of Siberia in Russian Culture. This mistake appeared through the text of the book's review as well. In addition, Yuri Slezkine's name is misspelled in the review found on pp. 134-5. The editors regret this error.
