The curricular training was developed in the context of the Portuguese Association for Developmental Disorders and Autism in Madeira Island and had as it main objective to create strategies to be developed through the area of sociocultural animation. There were several activities and proposals submitted concerning about the educational needs of users where I highlight the activities in the area of expressions, traditional games, dance and some field trips. These activities were intended to develop the intellectual capacities of users, stimulate creativity and generate a spirit of sharing essential for the group. I did use inter relational games where it was possible to express emotions, build small sentences and associate words with images. With this fundamental interaction between autistic children and non autistic children I did stimulate creativity, generating a essential spirit of sharing in the group. Also relevant were the outdoor rides, visits to museums and trade shows of solidarity that contributed to the social and human recognition of the institution. In the activities carried out was prevailed the contact with the public, as well as the development of cognitive, motivational needs and essentially relational needs.
