PROJECT EXPOSURES Current Responsibilities:Currently Working On Idea LTE Project, Kerala From Oct to Till Now. Responsible for SCFT and Optimization of new on-air sites. Providing suggestions for Physical Optimization by reorientation, Antenna tilt & Antenna height

change (reduction/increase). Optimization of LTE sites and Clusters to improve Data Rate, RSRP, RSRQ and SINR. Analyzing Basic KPIs such as Accessibility, Retainability, Mobility Handover and Throughput. Sound understanding of LTE standards and RSRP, RSSI, RSRQ, SINR, MCS & RB Parameters. Handling Customer issue’s like Throughput Issue, Handle customer complaint. Analysis the reasons for bad Quality patches and providing the improvement plan. Providing Drive routes to DT engineers using MAPINFO and also definition cluster boundaries. Post processing of log files to optimize the network by Gladiator tool. Making CDC by Gladiator tool.

TOOLS USED GLADIATOR, ,TEMS-8.2 TEMS-11. MAPINFO Professional - 8.5 to 12.5.
