➢ Applied the knowledge of Supply Chain Management to achieve implementation of an ERP for Real Time Asset Visibility, efficient Demand Processing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Operations Management, Risk Management and delivery to the Consumer.

➢ Managed an extended Supply Chain involving planning, provisioning, procurement, warehouse and inventory management, transportation and delivery of bagged, packaged and unpackaged stocks including perishables and frozen food, involving multiple modes of transportation in the most adverse terrain and climatic conditions under the constraints of infrastructure and resources for more than 20000 personnel at a height of 11400 Ft across passes at 18400 Ft in the most adverse terrain and climatic conditions. This also involved management of more than 200 vehicles and their freight.

➢ Managed Contracts for Perishables, Dry bagged and packaged supplies, outsourced fleet of transport and Fuel, Oil and Lubricants to include provisioning, procurement and the operation of contract and quality control worth 20 Crores and its transportation and delivery to multiple organisations like the Indian Air Force, Navy, ITBP, NSG, Border Roads etc. in the trying terrain and climate conditions impacting the supplies adversely.

➢ Carried out Administration of more than 700 personnel in High Altitude to achieve a winning team through excellent Interpersonal Skills, competency mapping and team building techniques.
