• Responsible for oversee the daily operations while working closely with the director of operations to ensure all corporate and customers goals and expectations are met or exceeded.
• Manage in excess of 40 drivers with a mix between highway and pd drivers
• Manage 2 dispatchers, 2 clerical, 5 dock employees

MIDNIGHT UNIT MANAGER Responsible to oversee all midnight dock operations, while working closely with the operations manager to ensure that all customer's requirements and company goals are met or exceeded. ➢Designed and implemented a grid system for the everyday P&D which started as 26
runs and grew to over 40.
➢Raised On Time Percentage (OTP) from 77% to 98.1% and maintained the level.

computerized on board system. LINEHAUL DISPATCHER ➢Ensured the proper scheduling of drivers to ensure all loads arrived at destinations as
