MODIFIED CODE CHANGES• Proposed code changes were modified to

address issues raised by BOS

• Length changed to 21 ft. instead of 20 ft.

• Clarified Sec. 82-5-7 to focus on commercial vehicle definition/restrictions distinct from CPDs (but some overlap)

• Exempts vehicles on business, moving vehicles (e.g., U-hauls for 48 hrs.), vehicles transporting persons with disabilities, some others
