deliveries of fuel commodities to its Customer’s and commitment of “On-Time” service in a

mission critical environment that our Customer’s depend upon for their business

requirements.

were the client´s need us., RESCO GROUP Operations relocating to Fort Worth, Texas in late 2017 to ensure our Customer’s with

strategic advantage for fuel distribution throughout Southeast and the Gulf of Mexico (GOM)

regions of the United States.

RESCO GROUP continues to pursue its purchasing policies of sourcing fuel products

directly from its Corporate Account with SHELL® TRADING U.S. COMPANY (STUSCO)

Refineries in Houston, Texas, and Norco, Louisiana as a MDN TIER I Supplier with our

primary goals of not only solidifying our working relationships with our Customer’s, but

maintaining a strong, positive, and strategic goal of successful operations.

Who We Serve RESCO GROUP provides finished petroleum products to its Customers base which

primarily consist of Commercial Truck Stop Retailers, “Fixed Base Operations” (F.B.O.),

Commercial Vessel Operators, and Fuel Reseller’s with the future strategic advantage of

the multiple Storage Terminals locations presently in the master planning stages to be

located in Southeastern U.S. & México.

and reliable “on-time” fuel sourcing for Chain-Supply and Procurement alike with demands

in the ever changing commercial and industrial environments of “Just-in-Time” fuel sourcing.

Fuel Commodities

RESCO GROUP trough SSGE is an authorized SHELL® TRADING U.S. COMPANY

Fuel Supplier providing automotive, aviation and commercial grades of fuel products ranging

from the following:

~ Marine Diesel Fuel Oil № 6 ~ ~ Gasoline - (CBOB/ RBOB) ~ ~ Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel (ULSD) Grades ~ ~ Jet Fuels - Jet A/ A1 ~

RESCO GROUP strictly adheres to industry standards and methods in accordance

to American Petroleum Institute (A.P.I.) and American Society for Testing and Materials

(A.S.T.M.).

Shipment Points: Houston, Texas, Norco, Louisiana, and along most U.S. Pipeline routes to

service our Customer base.

Accountability for Sustainability Issues The integrating sustainability issues for the day-to-day operations of RESCO GROUP, along

with its project development and decision making processes are held to the highest

accountability. Our goal setting process and report progress are made to the appropriate

directors of our board of directors. All members of our senior management have the final

responsibility for developing our corporate strategy, reporting company performance, and

assisting our company’s with implementation of sustainability related issues.

RESCO´S GROUP Board of Director’s overseas all public policy issues for our operations,

and specific matters that may impact our company’s reputation as a corporate citizen.

This committee makes recommendations to the board, and monitors compliance with the

company’s programs and practices regarding health, safety and environmental protection,

including water management, and business operations in sensitive countries, government

relations and political contribution and corporate advertising.

Safety and Occupational Health RESCO´S GROUP primary goal is to eliminate all injuries, occupational illnesses, unsafe

practices and incidents of environmental harm from our operational activities. It is our policy

that our business is never more urgent or important that we cannot take the time to conduct

our work safely in a more responsible manner.

Our Leadership Our leadership is comprised of individuals that have the experience and expertise in

the oil & gas industry as to making mature, skilled and informed decisions to best execute

our long-term mission strategy of RESCO GROUP.

� Juan Pablo Ruiz B. Chief Executive Officer & Commercial Director - Engineer Ruiz has 19 years of experiencing from the Turnaround Management Industry, with primary focus in the manufacturing sector. Over a period of 12 years, Eng. Ruiz has been focused in the energy sector operating in the Mine Industry, first as a Consultant, and then as a Partner. For the past 9 years Eng. Ruiz has focused on the finished petroleum products industry first as a “Re-seller of Fuel Products on both the buy-side and sell-side, and now as a Fuel Supplier for Diesel Fuels, Jet Fuels, and other Fuel products. The team of Eng. Ruiz has maintained its working relationship with SHELL® TRADING U.S. COMPANY (STUSCO) since 2013, and RESCO GROUP is presently in “good-standing.”

� Elias Garza, Chief Operating Officer advises RESCO GROUP leadership on matters of commercial law, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management. He provides RESCO GROUP legal counsel, drafts its petroleum contracts, opines and conducts litigation related to those contracts, manages its regulatory compliance, and structures SSGE’s domestic and international transactions.

� Luis Javier Torres - Mr. Javier Torres is responsable and operator of RESCO GROUP independent Fiduciary Escrow Officer and Program Manager, who is responsible for all escrow accounts and closings for RESCO GROUP fuel sales, and as its third-party fiduciary, is responsible for expediting and facilitating all scheduled Closings, and facilitating all Refinery fuel injection schedules for the “Sale” and “Purchase” of finished Petroleum Products. Mr. Torres works directly with our commercial banks’ compliance departments to ensure (i) all Commercial Bank Compliance Directives are faithfully executed in each transaction (ii) the confidentiality of proprietary commercial financial information is maintained throughout, (iii) that transaction information is secure between all parties, and (iv) each transaction is successfully closed, with each of these processes meeting all Compliance Directives of the USA PATRIOT ACT.
