RE: Request for Release of College Records - Case 3AN-12-09961CI

Dear President Obama,

This is a formal request being made per Alaska Rules of Civil Procedure 26.1

In the spirit oftransparency and the publics right to know, I am requesting that you grant

a release of all of your college applications, transcripts and financial aid forms. In the complaint

Lamb vs. Obama, there is an allegation made in affidavit that when you attended college, you

were a foreign student.

Also there is the allegation made in the public media that with a scholarship, you attended

Occidental College.

Moreover, the State Department affirmed publicly, that you had held a dual citizenship

until 1983.

Thus this request is relevant to put to rest on what is fact and fiction on your status whenyou attended college.

Please take notice of the following:

With regard to financial aid forms - 5 U.S.C. 552a (b) (11)3

Bauer v. Kincaid, 759 F. Supp. 575, 589 (W.D. Mo. 1991) (FERPA is not a law which

prohibits disclosure of educational records. It is a provision which imposes a penalty for

the disclosure ofeducational records.)
