    I. WEATHER OUTLOOK (OCTOBER 29- NOVEMBER 4, 2012)

    The dominant weather systems to affect the entire archipelago within the 7 -day period are the prevailing Northeast Monsoon and the Tail-end of cold front that will bring light rains over Northern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.

    October 29 to October 30: Generally sunny with some drizzle in the morning are expected particularly over the eastern section of the country especially Cagayan, lsabela, Aurora, Quezon, Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, Surigao Provinces and Davao Oriental due to the Northeast Monsoon. NCR, Southern Luzon and the whole of Visayas will be windy and extra caution is highly recommended for sea travellers.

    October 31 to November 04: Northern Luzon will still have good weather condition on the 31 51 of October. From All Saints' Day (Nov. 1) to November 4, 2012, light rains will be experienced over the area due to the expected passage of the tail-end of cold front. Eastern Visayas and the whole of Mindanao will have scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to the approach of a Low Pressure Area on Wednesday and Thursday (October 31 and November 1) and the tail-end of cold front on Friday until Sunday (November 2-4). Central and Southern Luzon including NCR and the rest of Visayas will be sunny with some drizzle in the morning.

    No tropical cyclone formation is expected during the outlook period.

    II. SITUATION OVERVIEW

    12 October 2012: The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC), in observance of All Saints Day and All Souls Day, issued a memorandum to all Chairpersons, RDRRMCs/OCD Regional Directors and concerned agencies inviting them to a preparedness measures meeting for Undas 2012.

    15 October 2012: The meeting dubbed "ALERTO UNDAS 2012", to formulate contingency plans and strategies for the upcoming All Saints and All Souls Day 2012, review existing contingency plans for high-density population gathering (i .e. memorial parks, cemeteries, terminals, ports, malls etc.) and consolidate such plans and preparedness measures to avert possible hazards to the populace.

    NDRRMC issued another memorandum to NDRRMC Member Agencies for a second meeting on 18 October 2012, to discuss and finalize the Preparedness Plans/Measures for All Saints Day/All Souls Day 2012.

  • 18 October 2012: NDRRMC Executive Director USEC Benito T. Ramos directed all Chairpersons, RDRRMC/OCD Regional Directors to maintain a 24/7 "RED ALERT" STATUS to complement and oversee the implementation of all related contingency plans of national agencies in their respective areas of responsibility.

    Following the agreements for the preparedness for All Saints/All Souls Day 2012 on the second meeting held, a small group meeting finalized the arrangement for the deployment of units that will ensure safe travel and peaceful observance of the event in Metro Manila .

    22 October 2012: The NDRRMC Operations Center Alert System was upgraded from "BLUE" to "RED ALERT" STATUS with representatives from member agencies rendering duty on a 24/7 basis for prompt coordination, monitoring, and reporting within their specific concerns/ AORs.

    25 October 2012: A dry run of operational deployment of medical teams from MMDA, BFP and PRC was conducted at the NDRRMC OpCen.

    Ill. INCIDENTS MONITORED

    A total of twenty-four (24) incidents were monitored, of which twelve (12) were vehicular accidents, six (6) were fire incidents, one (1) bomb threat, two (2) drowning incident, one (1) whirlwind incident, one (1) train electrical trouble and one (1) robbery incident.

    1. FIRE INCIDENT AT SLEX

    On or about 2:15PM, 1 November 2012 a grass fire incident occurred at SLEX and halted the traffic due to zero visibility

    CTIONS TAKEN

    Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) responded to the incident

    2. VEHICULAR INCIDENT IN ISABELA CITY, BASILAN

    On or about 12:50 AM, 1 November 2012 a vehicular accident caused by over speeding involving a motorcycle occurred in Lower Lanote, lsabela City, Basilan Two (2) persons were injured in the accident

    CTIONS TAKEN

    Basilan Liaison and RRI volunteers gave first aid to the injured involved in the accident

    3. VEHICULAR INCIDENT IN TAGKAWAYAN, QUEZON

    On or about 11 :45 AM, 1 November 2012 a vehicular accident occurred along Quirino Highway in Tagkawayan, Quezon Province involving a (V1) Mitsubishi Lancer with plate no. PPW-841 driven by Danilo Arivalo and a (V2) Ten-Wheeler Truck with plate no. EVS-721 . Investigation disclosed that while traversing the Bicol bound truck (V1 ), lost its control and occupied the opposite lane and bumped to V2 that is parked at the shoulder part of the road, injuring the passengers of V1 who are all residents of Marilao, Bulacan . The incident resulted to two (2) deaths and five (5) injuries.

    ACTIONS TAKEN

    Victims were immediately brought and treated at Lourdes Eleazar Memorial District Hospital and later transferred to Mother Seton Hospital in Naga City

    4. VEHICULAR INCIDENT IN PILA, LAGUNA

    On or about 12:01 AM, 1 November 2012 a vehicular accident occurred in Pila, Laguna involving the following :

    A passenger of the PUJ named Arceli Pablo, 69 y/o of Brgy. Labuin, Pila, Laguna sustained a laceration in the forehead

    ACTIONS TAKEN

    The victim was immediately brought to Laguna Provincial Hospital for medical attention

    5. VEHICULAR ACCIDENT AT KM 57 NLEX

    On or about 8:10 AM, 1 November 2012, a multiple collision of five (5) vehicles occurred at KM 57+200 NLEX vicinity of Brgy. Sta. Monica, San Simon, Pampanga involving the following vehicles:

    • Based on the investigation, the vehicles were traversing lane 1 wherein V4 was ahead followed by V3, V2, V1 and VS respectively when suddenly portion of VS hit/bumped the rear portion of V1 and was pushed forward going to the right and its front portion hit the lamp post installed at the emergency lane.

    • Seven (7) individuals were injured in the said accident

    ACTIONS TAKEN

    • EMS Aeromed responded to the accident site and brought the victims to the Mother Teresa of Calcutta Hospital, San Fernando City, Pampanga.

    • Cost of damages is still undetermined

    6. VEHICULAR ACCIDENT ALONG NARVACAN, ILOCOS SUR

    • On or about 11 :50 AM, 30 October 2012, a vehicular accident occurred along National Highway, Brgy. Sulvec, Narvacan, llocos Sur

    • No casualty reported

    CTIONS TAKEN

    • PNP members responded to the incident • OCD-RDRRMC 1 continuously monitored the incident

    7. VEHICULAR ACCIDENT IN SAN MANUEL, PANGASINAN

    • On or about 5:35 PM, 31 October 2012, a vehicular accident transpired at Zone 1, Brgy. Bonifacio, San Miguel, Pangasinan

    • Based on investigation, a Honda TMX 155 that was driven by Conrado F. Maminta Jr. was travelling to south direction when a Suzuki 125 x4 coming from opposite direction that was driven by Rogello D. Dacusin allegedly encroached the lane of Honda TMX 155 causing collision of the motorcycles

    • Both drivers died because of the incident

    ACTIONS TAKEN

    • Victims were rushed to Don Laureano Perez Memorial Clinic for immediate medical treatment but declared dead on arrival (DOA) by the attending physician

    • PNP members responded to the incident • OCD-RDRRMC 1 continuously monitored the incident

  • 8. VEHICULAR ACCIDENT IN BAUANG LA UNION

    On or about 9:25 AM, 01 November 2012 a vehicular accident occurred in Brgy. Baccuit Sur, Bauang, La Union, involving the following :

    • Initial investigation disclosed that both vehicles were southbound when the Honda Civic momentarily stopped due to traffic congestion then the tailing Toyota lnnova hit/bumped the Honda Civic from the behind . As a result , the Honda incurred damage on its rear portion while the Toyota incurred damage on its front portion .

    9. VEHICULAR INCIDENT IN TIAONG, UEZON

    On or about 10:20 PM 01 November 2012 a vehicular accident occurred in Brgy. San Agustin, Tiaong, Quezon when a motorcycle heading to the town proper hit another motorcycle headed to Brgy. San Antonio, Tiaong (opposite lane). Two (2) persons were injured and another two (2) died because of the incident.

    ACTIONS TAKEN

    • The victims were brought to Liwag Medical Clinic for treatment of injuries

    10. VEHICULAR ACCIDENT IN DEL GALLEGO CAMARINES SUR

    • On or about 2:45 PM 02 November 2012, a vehicular accident occurred in the vicinity of Andaya National Highway, Brgy. Comadaycaday, Del Gallego, Camarines Sur.

    • The Raymond passenger bus bearing plate number DVN 469 was driven by Jose Fernando Don y Jaugan, a resident of Brgy. San Vicente, Angono, Rizal

    • The bus, carrying 42 passengers (including children) and two (2) crews was enroute to Cubao, Quezon City from San Jose, Camarines Sur. Upon reaching a downward and curved portion of the road within the vicinity of Brgy. Comadaycaday, Del Gallego, Camarines Sur, the driver heard a loud noise from the bottom portion of the bus and subsequently lost control, causing the bus to run straight, cross the opposite lane, hit a mahogany tree and then fell off a shallow ravine about 1.5 meters deep.

    • Fifteen (15) persons were injured in the accident

    ACTIONS TAKEN

    • Fifteen (15) passengers were brought to the Maria L. Eleazar Memorial Hospital in Tagkawayan, Quezon for medical treatment

    • OCD V coordinated with Camarines Sur PDRRMC and Del Gallego LGU for update on the condition of the victims and to render appropriate assistance should it be required

    • OCD V continuously monitored the progress of this incident

    11. VEHICULAR ACCIDENT IN TABUK CITY , KALINGA PROVINCE

    • At around 3:00 PM 02 November 2012 a motorcycle fell approximately 50 feet off the San Antonio Canao Bridge resulting to the death of the driver, Jojo Laoang, 22 years old, resident of Purok 1, Bulanao, Tabuk, Kalinga Province.

    • Brgy. officials, Kabalikat Radio Communications and Tabuk City Police responded to the said incident

    12. VEHICULAR ACCIDENT IN NORTH CEMETERY MANILA

    • On or about 1:OOPM 02 November 2012, a vehicular accident involving a tricycle occurred in the North Cemetery, Manila

    • Sophia Ancheta (9 years old) was injured

    ACTIONS TAKEN

    • PRC gave medical treatment to the victim

    13. AFFECTED BUTUAN CEBU FLIGHTS DUE TO BOMB THREAT

    14. INITIAL REPORT reFIRE INCIDENT IN PAGADIAN CITY

    On or about 8:00 PM, 31 October 2012, a fire broke out in the neighbourhood along New Tudela Smith St. and Pulmones St. in San Pedro District, Pagadian City Based on investigation, the fire started when a candle was left unattended on the second floor of the house of a certain Teresita Poloyapoy A total of eight (8) infrastructures were destroyed of which six (6) were houses resulting to six (6) affected families, one (1) boarding house and one (1) warehouse Around 9:30 PM, the Pagadian City Bureau of Fire Protection declared fire out No casualties were reported

    ACTIONS TAKEN

    OCD-Pagadian personnel immediately went to the scene of incident to have proper and accurate monitoring and information gathering OCD-Pagadian and the PDRRMC Zamboanga del Sur closely monitored and coordinated with the Bureau of Fire Protection and Philippine Red Cross for any updates on the incident and for any assistance that can be given to the affected families

    15. FIRE INCIDENT in BGRY. HOLY SPIRIT, QUEZON CITY

    • On or about 7:50 PM 01 November 2012 a fire incident occurred at No. 03 Sta. Catalina Street, Brgy. Holy Spirit, Quezon City

    • Based on investigation, the fire started from a lighted candle in the house of a certain Gabrielito G. Guerrero

    • A total of six (6) houses were burned, resulting to twelve (12) affected families • Around 9:20 PM, it was declared fire out. Estimated damages still to be determined • No casualty reported

    ACTIONS TAKEN

    • OCD-NCR coordinated with QCFD for spot report • OCD-NCR prepared and submitted the final report to OPCEN for information • BFP-Quezon City and other fire volunteers responded to the said incident

  • 16. FIRE INCIDENT IN BRGY.184 PASAY CITY

    • On or about 7:06 PM 01 November 2012, a fire incident occurred at 12 Haggins Street Brgy. 184, Pasay City

    • Fire out declared at 8:00 PM • Cause of fire is still under investigation • One (1) reported injury on the said incident

    ACTIONS TAKEN

    • HEMS OPCEN coordinated with Dr. Jose Marie Castro, RHEMS Coordinator CHD MM for the monitored incident who provided details of the event

    • HEMS OPCEN continuously monitored until fire was declared out

    17. FIRE INCIDENT IN SOUTH CEMETERY, MANILA

    • On or about 12:14 PM 02 November 2012, a grass fire incident occurred at South Cemetery, Manila

    • Fire out declared at 12:26 PM

    ACTIONS TAKEN

    • Engine 10 Sta. Ana, Manila responded on the said incident

    18. FIRE INCIDENT AT TALON 4, LAS PINAS CITY

    • On or about 10:55 PM, 02 November 2012 a fire incident occurred at Sampaguita Street, San Antonio Valley, Talon 4, Las Pinas City involving a residential house

    • Fire out declared at 11 :43 PM

    ACTIONS TAKEN

    • BFP Las Pinas led by FSINSP Joel Diwata responded on the said incident

    19. DROWNING INCIDENT IN TABUK CITY, KALINGA

    • On or about 1:OOPM, 01 November 2012 a drowning incident occurred in Calanan, Tabuk City, Kalinga Province

    • Darna Fateg, 30 years old went to the irrigation canal to wash dirty dishes, but at 3:00 PM, a family member went to the site to look for her and only to find the dishes and her slippers

    • At around 1 0:30 PM last night, her body was recovered 600 meters away from her things

    ACTIONS TAKEN

    • Barangay officials, local police and Tabuk CDRRMC rescue team conducted SAR operation

    20. DROWNING INCIDENT IN MOGPOG MARINDUQUE

    • On or about 2:00 PM 1 November 2012, a drowning incident occurred at Sitio Alugihib, Brgy. Magapua, Mogpog, Marinduque

    • The victim was a 13 year old female identified as Lian Marie G. Marte, a resident of Brgy. Magapua, Mogpog, Marinduque

    • The drowning was reported to the police by a concerned citizen seeking for police assistance. The body was recovered at around 3:50 in the afternoon of the same date and was immediately brought to the Provincial Hospital of Boac for medical assistance but was declared dead-on-arrival.

    ACTIONS TAKEN

    • PNP proceeded to the place led by P/S Inspector Dennis Reburiano together with the WASAR team to rescue the victim

  • e1. ENCOUNTER AND ARREST OF ROBBERY SUSPECTS IN AGUSAN DEL SUR

    • On 01e130H November eo1e, PRO Agusan del Sur sighted the suspects at P-38. 8arangay 1, San Francisco, Agusan del Sur. The two (2) suspects were arrested and identified as: Marlon Saroos Ginsod, 20 years old of P-5 8arangay Antongalon, Ampayon, 8utuan City and Carlo Puasa 8iona, 21 years old, of Purok 38, 8arangay 1, San Francisco, Agusan del Sur.

    • A civilian named Nardo 8arises was wounded and rushed to the DO Plaza Memorial Hospital, Patin-ay, Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur for medical treatment

    • Pursuit operation was conducted and eventually led to the arrest of Gaily 8atas Margana, 20 years old, a resident of Purok 5, Poblacion Prosperidad

    • Follow-up operation was conducted after intelligence report was received that the group of Jobert 8rital Perez would strike a convenience store within Poblacion, San Francisco, Agusan del Sur. On 020230H November 2012, three (3) armed persons were sighted robbing Guysler Convenience Store. The PNP personnel responded and were immediately fired upon which resulted to a fire fight. The suspects lobbed hand grenade and wounded the three (3) PNP personnel namely: P01 Jezrel Paje, P01 Raymundo Villar and P01 James A. Pontillo

    • Ondo Perez was apprehended together with his companion Jerome Darman Palay, 20 years old, a resident of Purok 1, 8rgy 3, Santiago, Agusan del Norte, while the third suspect managed to escape

    • On 020530H November 2012, an operation was launched to track down the other members of Perez's group that led to the apprehension of Ricardo Abas 8aute, 43 years old, a resident of Purok 4A, 8rgy 5, San Francisco, Agusan del Sur

    • In the ensuing operation, another member of the group identified as Rolando Sabas Enggaling, 22 years old, a resident of Purok 2, 8rgy Alegria, San Francisco, Agusan del Sur, was arrested on 020600H November 2012

    ACTIONS TAKEN

    • PNP office is still conducting investigation on the suspect as well as witnesses in relation to the series of incidents

    22. ELECTRICAL TROUBLE OF MRT TRAIN IN KAMUNING STATIONS

    • On or about 3:05 PM 03 November 2012, an electrical trouble incident occurred at MRT Train Kamuning Station, EDSA, Quezon City.

    • Fire out was declared at 3:30 PM 03 November 2012. • Two (2) persons sustained minor injuries from the said incident

    CTIONS TAKEN

    • MMDA, DPOS, 8FP-QC, QCPD, Red Cross and MRT Engineering Personnel responded on the said incident.

    :23. WHIRLWIND INCIDENT IN BACOLOD, LANAO DEL NORTE

    • On or about 03 1330H November 2012, strong winds, alleged to be a whirlwind, hit nine (9) 8rgys of Municipality of 8acolod, Province of Lanao del Norte

    • Said strong winds lasted about fifteen (15) minutes which left fifty-seven (57) houses partially destroyed

    • No casualty reported • No evacuation has been made

    !24. VEHICULAR ACCIDENT IN JASAAN, MISAMIS ORIENTAL • At around 1 :30 PM 04 November 2012, a vehicular accident occurred in

    Jampason, Jasaan, Misamis Oriental when a Balingon Liner mini bus, driven by Roger Macabelear, hit a tree after its driver lost control after one of its tires exploded.

    • A total of fifty-eight (58) people were injured, including the driver who sustained serious injuries

    ACTIONS TAKEN

    • The injured passengers were brought to the Jasaan Community Hospital but were later transferred to different hospitals:

    Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) • Provide an update on the weather outlook during the period of UNDAS 2012 • Submitted a Weather Outlook on the Celebration of All Saints/Souls Day 2012 from

    October 29 - November 4, 2012

    Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC) • Random site visits by members of the OPLAN Ligtas Biyahe Taskforce • DOTC Action Center to coordinate with sectoral and attached agencies and to other

    governmental agencies to address public concerns. • Provided preparedness measures for the following modes of transportation: air, sea,

    land and rail.

    PCG Region VII • Philippine Coast Guard Central Visayas set-up passenger assistance center in

    three (3) ports in Negros Oriental.

    COAST GUARD DIVISION WESTERN VISAYAS (CGDWV) • Automatic activation of Public Assistance Center (PAC) during holiday where there

    is influx of passengers going to respective homes/provinces, increase of tourists/vacationers, and busier traffic of RoRo vessels along SRNH.

    • To ensure the safe, secure and convenient travel of the seafaring public during the holiday.

    • The PAC shall assist in the embarkation of passengers, ensure the safety and security of passengers, provide medical/first aid assistance when needed, act as facilitator on the requests, suggestions and complaints of the riding public for referral to concerned shipping company, maintain log of complaints, requests and other significant events, and shall observe strictly a no instance to intercede in passage or accommodation of passengers.

    • The landline numbers at the different stations are available 24/7 but an Officer must request to answer all the queries.

    Department of Health (DOH)

    • Hospitals are on alert status (White Alert) in anticipation of the influx and movement of people

    • All hospital staff and personnel will be on duty in government hospitals during the UNDAS period to provide medical assistance

    • DOH-CHD in all regions is on Code White Alert Status and the OpCens are manned 24 hours

    DOH-CHD II • Prepositioned Php 100, 000 worth of drugs and medicines for each province • DOH-CHD is on 24 hour monitoring of the situation to assist the motorists • Activated CODE WHITE ALERT

    DOH IV-8 • Activated Code White Alert Level and Operation Center manned with 24 hours

    DOH-CHD V (BICOL) • Issued Memorandum to personnel, PHT Offices of the six (6) provinces, DOH

    advisories on health emergency related cases are monitored and reported (vehicular accidents, fire, drowning, and cases of heat strokes).

    • Most local response is dependent on local health emergency units. • OPCEN is operating 24/7. • There is also a mandatory manning if they raised their alert into CODE BLUE. • All communications are addressed to the new Regional Director. • Prepositioned Php 20,000 worth of drugs and medicines for each province.

    DOH CAR (CORDILLERA AUTONOMOUS REGION) • Activated OpCen and manned by skeletal force

    • Issued Memorandum Circular directing local chief executives to: • Deploy barangay tanods to assist the PNP and serve as force multipliers • Coordinate closely with the Local Peace and Order Councils/Committees (LPOCs)

    and LDRRMCs • Convene LPOCs and LDRRMCs to formulate proper courses of action to anticipate

    the expected heavy movement of people from different places, making sure the availability of adequate transportation and emergency medical services

    Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP)

    • Render security assistance and coordinate with PNP counterparts through the Regional, Provincial and independent city Joint Peace and Security Coordinating Councils (JPSCCs) to pre-empt potential threats and to counter emerging incidents;

    • Monitor the existence of extremist and other lawless groups and undertake prompt anti-terrorism and counter-terrorism measures in coordination with PNP

    Philippine Navy • Region I - on standby alert and ready to monitor the situation and render possible

    assistance

    TOGS-PAF • Two (2) teams on standby alert with 1 1/4 troop carrier and M35 cargo truck and

    SAR equipment ready for possible emergency deployment.

    NFSLS • Disaster Response Task Unit (NFSL DRTU 32) on standby and may respond

    unilaterally particularly when disaster occurs at sea. The NFSL disaster response operations shall be carried out by teams organized and equipped to undertake search and rescue (SAR) and evacuation operations.

    Philippine National Police (PNP)

    • Established Motorist Assistance Centers in coordination with DPWH, NLEX, SCTEX, L TO, Radio Stations and civic organizations

    • Maximum deployment of PNP personnel at the provincial/city down to station levels, particularly mobile patrol units/elements along main thoroughfares leading to and from cemeteries, summer resorts and places of convergence and the deployment of uniformed police officers to deter/pre-empt plans and activities of criminal elements and to ensure the smooth flow of traffic and the safety of travellers

    • Coordination with church organizers and other agencies concerned both governmental and non-governmental to ensure the efficient delivery of public safety services

    • Tie up security assistance/activities for public safety with DOTC particularly in the areas of deployment and Motorist/Passenger Assistance Hubs.

    • Directed all city and municipal fire stations in the NCR, Regions IV-A, IV-B, V, VI, VII, VIII and CARAGA to be vigilant and provide the necessary assistance to the LDRRMCs in the conduct of evacuation and SAR operations in their AORs and to prepare equipment for possible deployment

    • Ambulances and fire trucks will be deployed in major cemeteries and their respective areas of responsibilities (AORs) and fire safety tips brochures, post banners or streamers on strategic/conspicuous places and disseminate information through usage of tri-media and social media

    • Maintain close coordination with other coordination with other support groups in the area

    • Submit after Activity Report regarding the said event not later than 04 November 2012 • Fire Prevention and Education Program shall include the display of streamers and

    • Deployed in four (4) major cemeteries: Scooter Patrol Unit (SPU), Metro Parkway Clearing Group (MPCG) and Road Emergency Group (REG) responsible for the setting-up of Public Assistance Booth

    • In addition, Traffic Engineering Center (TEC) shall prepare the necessary information and directional signs

    • Office of the Assistant General Manager for Operations declared the "NO DAY-OFF and NO ABSENT" Policy last 26 October 2012 until November 5, 2012; will lift the Unified Vehicular Volume Reduction Program (UVVRP) effective October 31-November 1, 2012

    • Deploy ambulances for patient conduction/emergency transport and coordinated with Petron, Caltex/Chevron, Shell and Total for first aid/ambulance assistance for motorist at various gasoline stations (NLEX, SLEX and Star Toll, etc.)

    assistance, emergency response and others as needed

    CIVIL AVIATION AUTHORITY OF THE PHILIPPPINES (CAAP)

    CAAP Region II (Tuguegarao City) • Activated Help Assistance Desk - Provide assistance/information to the public

    especially to the passengers

    CAAP Region VI • Full alert from 31 October to 03 November 2012; aims to provide system or

    guidance for safe and orderly travel of our passengers/visitors during the entire period of the event.

    • Heightened the security of airports, the Agency enjoins the collective services of PCAS, CSI and EMSAI with augmentation from the local Cabatuan PNP

    • CAAP passenger Information Desk will activate its annual Information and Assistance Desk at the Passenger Terminal Building Arrival Lobby for ease of access to information. It foresees the necessity of passengers/visitors information regarding directional, transportation and other useful information which will guide them in their safe and efficient travel in the island. The said "desk" will be handled by CAAP employees.
