Reports and deadlines• According to GA Annex II:

1. Periodic report – 60 days after the end of the reporting period• Overview of activities and outcomes, deliverables, milestones• Use of resources = explanation on the use of budget• Financial statement = Form C

2. Final report – 60 days after the end of the projectNB! In addition to the last periodic report

1. Outcomes, conclusions, impact (publishable)2. Various questionnaires (gender issues, dissemination, …)

– Audit certificate – Certificate on the financial statement: only when cumulative EU contribution exceeds 350 000 €

– After the final payment: coordinator submits distribution of budget in consortium
