Awarded the Arati Memorial swimming trophy for Best Swimmer in IIT Bombay in 2009

Won a gold medal in 4x100m Medley Relay and a bronze in 200m breast stroke at Inter IIT Aquatics

Won bronze medal in 200m Butterfly at CBSE national level swimming championship in 2004

Won 3 state-level and over 25 district-level swimming events while in school

Key member of the IIT Bombay water polo team since 2007; the team won bronze medal at the Inter IIT Aquatics in 2009

Conducted a literature survey in Burning rates of pool fires and the one dimensional direct and inverse conduction problems

Successfully experimented with burning pool fires to establish mass burning rate for various parameters

Developed simulations for thermal response of a cask in a pool fire in C++ and Fortran and incorporated Sandia one-dimensional direct and inverse thermal Code (SODDIT)

TRIANGULATION BASED LASER SCANNER [NOV 2009]

Proposed a low cost system to accurately capture 3D image of a physical object without making contact

Devised the system using triangulation algorithm, and successfully assembled the laser scanner
