Renaissance S & S quality engineers will work with you to either help improve your existing or develop new sound and solid quality system to assure all of your customer requirements are met.

Production Part Approval Process

Renaissance S & S have the expertise to assure that dimensional and laboratory part requirement have been met.

• When submitting to your customer the “Part Submission Warrant” and all supportive documentation and data are available and correct.

Current Quality

• Evaluate and resolve any current production issue, all the way from incoming through out in-process and shipping.

Capability Studies

• RSS will perform capability studies when requested to achieve acceptable Cp & Cpk

• Perform Gage R & R studies on all gages and equipment use for production.

Statistical Process Control

• To review existing SPC and identify any new areas based on product and process characteristics that SPC is required to maintain process stability and reduce variation.

Equipment Maintenance

• Renaissance S & S has the experts to perform production equipment studies to optimize equipment effectiveness.

• This will eliminate production equipment related loss and reduce life cycle cost.

• It will reduce the cost by speeding the products with out waste in motion.

Documentation

• Complete evaluation and improvement if required of existing part documentation. Draft new documentation is not available, this will include:

DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan, Reliability Plan, Maintenance Plan, Run @ Rate, PSO, Gage R & R and material Handling Plan.

System Assessment

• Renaissance S & S will provide a free initial quality system assessment to a potential client. The Free system assessment does not include business expenses if over a 50 miles radius

• The assessment will identify strengths and weaknesses such as bottle necks of the quality system and it will be presented in the form of questions and answers.

• Upon completion of the initial assessment the company can decide if they want to use the services.

Initial Customer Contact

• Through initial contact RSS identifies the specific scope of services a client needs. Upon agreement with the needs assessment RSS will negotiate a basic “Fee for Services” contract with each client. A complete estimate and schedule for all services to be rendered shall be developed and submitted to client for approval. Upon acceptance of the scope of work, estimates, and schedules, consulting activities shall commence. Clients will be billed on bi-weekly basis and all invoices shall be due in 30 days from date of receipt.
