• To provide all resources available to protect supplier product and reputation material and image

• Proactively responds to situations about supplier products/units (segregating, marshalling, line review)

• Contact designated supplier representative regarding critical issues and product update

• Uses visual aids when possible and/or applicable to describe customer issues

Responsibilities

• Work closely with customer representative on-site regarding root causes and countermeasure with the billing issues

• Facilitate the return of product requiring review with proper paper work and identification

• Minimize the NBHs and/or any product customer concerns resulting in customer dissatisfaction

• Compliance to out internal procedures and customer requirements
