RVBH seeks to first understand the general condition of the facility and its ma- jor components to include electrical, HVAC, plumbing, safety and fire alarms systems, properties, and grounds. Second, an approximate projected cost for the recommended improvement of deficiencies and enhancement. Third, the timing for completion of the entire project. Fourth, the timing and costs of fu- ture capital projects. Specifications for the above FCA are on file and may be downloaded from the following link: http://www.rvbh.com/RFP.pdf.
