RVBH seeks to first understand the general condition of the facility and its ma- jor components to include electrical, HVAC, plumbing, safety and fire alarms systems, properties, and grounds. Second, an approximate projected cost for the recommended improvement of deficiencies and enhancement. Third, the timing for completion of the entire project. Request for Proposal for a complete Facilities Condition Assessment of theCigar Factory Complex by RiverValley Behavioral Health, Owensboro, Kentucky

RiverValley Behavioral Health (RVBH) is soliciting proposals from qualifiedvendors interested in providing a detailed Facility & Systems Condition As-sessment (FCA) and analysis of its facility, grounds, and properties located at1100 Walnut Street, Owensboro, Kentucky, a 120,000 square feet facilitycommonly referred to as The Cigar Factory Complex (CFC).

RVBH seeks to first understand the general condition of the facility and its ma-jor components to include electrical, HVAC, plumbing, safety and fire alarmssystems, properties, and grounds. Second, an approximate projected cost forthe recommended improvement of deficiencies and enhancement. Third, thetiming for completion of the entire project. Fourth, the timing and costs of fu-ture capital projects.

Site Inspections: One (1) hour site visits must be scheduled in advance withDale Taylor (see contact information above). Site visit dates will be February 5,6 & 7, 2020. Hours of operation are 9:00am to 5:00pm. All vendors will beasked to sign a Non-Disclosure agreement prior to the visit.
