Mailers (External)PostalOne!elease 26.0.0 will be deployed to introduce software upgrades to the system, primarily tosupport the *ostal er$iceFs e#igent *rice Change. The PostalOne! system will be modified to comply withnew prices and structures effecti$e January 2, 2011. The systemFs output screens, reports, and downloads inall modules of the PostalOne! system will be updated to support the new prices and structures. The systemwill support old prices for a period of 120 days past the implementation date. Critical issues identified from

pre$ious releases will be corrected in this release.The following items will be included in PostalOne! elease 26.0.0 and are of interest to e#ternal users of thePostalOne! system.

1.1 Aonts

)ailers can now $iew their &alance and (ees page e$en if opening the page results in more than onethousand -1000/ associated permits. *re$iously, users recei$ed an error message if an attempt was made to$iew more than this number. To use the balance and fees feature, clic< &alance ' (ees - PostalOne!/ on the&usiness Customer Gateway. :%%9

The &alance and (ees eport will be updated to add and display the C, if a$ailable,in addition to thepermit number where$er the permit number is displayed. 6+:%
