Gilbert-Ash is pleased to partner with WOMEN’STEC as the organisation helps to address two vital issues that the construction industry is currently facing – the need to encourage diversity in the workforce, and addressing the widening skills shortage. WOMEN’STEC provides a valuable service to

the wider construction industry by encouraging women into a variety of non-traditional roles. The organisation helps to provide much needed skills as well as giving women the confidence to succeed in a sector where they are currently under-represented.
