Metallurgical Engineering Employed for 18 years at Dofasco as a
Metallurgical Engineer Married with 2 children Athletic – competed competitively in
curling. Recreationally in golf, baseball and skiing.

Sustained an Acquired Brain Injury (at 40years) which left him with global aphasia
Divorced and relationships with daughters required supervision

February 2007 Cooking Chili
1. Go to freezer – take out M& M chili 2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees 3. Take chili out of box 4. Remove plastic 5. Put in oven 6. Set timer for 45 minutes 7. Stir 8. Let sit for 10 minutes 9. Enjoy!
Chili Con Carne
1. Go to fridge and get:
onion AND garlic
2. Place onion onto cutter
3. Cut garlic with garlic press
4. Get Pot
16. Measure 2 tablespoon2 (15ml) of paprika
17. add salt pepper chili powder
paprika to Pot
18. Cook on low for 10 minutes
19. Stir with Spoon
20. Cook on low for 10 minutes
