About Leading ConceptsLeading Concept was established back in
1993 as an organization dedicated in teaching Teamwork, leadership
and communication skills. Our military background offers framework
to bring specialized military leadership training to civilians
teams and team leaders. We offers training which is primarily
outdoors and learning by doing. We know what it takes to lead and
manage an elite military team on successful missions against
seemingly overwhelming odds and weve been teaching these secrets to
corporate leaders for over 20 years.
Leadership and Team Development Services:We offers various
Ranger Leadership and Team Building services. They are: a. Ranger
Leadership Course: This course is of 4 days, offsite, and intense!
Ranger Team leadership is our core workshop. This course is
conducted off-site where the 300-acre classroom is demanding,
challenging, and intentionally remote.
Ranger Advanced Leadership Course* Only for Ranger Team
Leadership alumni that want to further develop their team
leadership effectiveness.
Training Workshops Ranger Rally Points Insightful, Unique, Fun,
Engaging: When you want to inspire, develop, and educate a group of
associates at the location of your choice for one hour or a full
day.

2015 Leadership Development WorkshopThe Ranger Leadership
development workshop is our Leadership development workshop. The
Ranger Leadership Course gives civilians the experience of leading
their own platoon on missions (this is a simulation, there is no
hunting or survival training). There is the experience of
simulating an Army Ranger mission and leading a group of colleagues
and/or strangers in tasks that most civilians will never
experience.
In this course, you will be outside your comfort zone and spend
most of time in the field. While most leadership workshops take
place in classrooms. The Ranger Leadership course is based
primarily outdoors either at Kentucky / Indiana or your
location.
